How to make Jackfruit slices?

These jackfruit slices are made by extracting the pulp from a jackfruit . First, the jackfruit is plucked from the tree, after which the skin is removed and the extra pulp is extracted. Finally pulp is sliced according to the standard and that slices are dehydrated to reduce its moisture level up to specific value. We use commercial dehydrator for this, because not to damage product color, taste and aroma.
